The hotel was located not far from city center as well as La Fortuna downtown. View looking over mountain was the reason we booked a double room. The staff was amiable, no complaints.

The staff were friendly the whole time of my stay. My room included climate control, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There was a handy kitchenette, that's a plus. The location was great yet it was a few steps away from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away from a wax museum.

Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave, I would happily go back again; the hotel was a short walk to the volcano and downtown, also in the middle of action.
